Access to Tahoe trail systems right from the back yard!

There is a dirt fire road with some utility poles  that runs along the ridge and goes within a few
feet of the  south east corner of Granlibakken. So if you spot this road then you can easily find
Granlibakken and thus get on track with the above map. The trail to Page Meadows is well worn
and well known by locals who often walk their dogs out there. If you look close there are a few
signs posted by locals.
Difficulty:
It is a moderate uphill hike for those in ok physical shape to hike into Page Meadows from the Chalet.
If you are in good shape then its a super easy hike. Our 3 year old has hiked out (and down) under
his own motive power chasing the dog. On the way in (and up) he asks for help now and then.
